We try our best to leave no room for complaints. But in an unfortunate scenario where Refund, Return, or Cancellation is necessary. This is our policy
- We only accept Cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, Whichever is earlier
- We only accept returns in case of incorrect products, or if the product arrives with any damage which was not mentioned in the description or listing of the product. In that unfortunate case. We will also refund the return shipping cost
- Refunds will be manually issued within 24-48 hours of accepting the return shipment
- We are not responsible for any breakage or wearing of the product by the buyer/customer.
- If the order hasn’t shipped yet. Refund will be issued within 24-48 hours of cancellation
- In case the order fails to be processed by the website, but money deducts from your bank. We will either offer a refund or process order manually as preferred by the customer
