Usually within 3-5 Days. Depending on the distance from our shop. It may be less
What courier do you use for the shipping?
Below are our default courier options. We choose them based on their performance over span of 30+ successful delivery with each
- For pre-paid orders, we use Bluedart or Delhivery
- For Cash on Delivery Orders, we use India Post or Delhivery
If the couriers above are unavailable for your pin code or if requested by our customer. We also have the option of

- XpressBees
- DTDC
- The Professional Courier
How do you pack the orders?
We use standard 20*25cm tamper-proof courier bags with plenty of bubble wrap. We disassemble the product and reinforce every fragile area as we pack. In case the order exceeds the maximum capacity of the courier bags. We will use a box (If available)
Why courier bags? I’m worried my order will be damaged.
Worry not! We have been using the same packaging for over 150 orders. Ranging from locations in busy metro cities to remote locations. So far only 2 parcels have been damaged (which were using an experimental packing method which we have since discarded and promptly refunded affected customers)
It’s been past the estimated delivery date. Where is my order?
- In some rare cases. Courier may delay the delivery for various reasons. Keep checking your track and have your contact number accessible. You should still receive the parcel as long as the address is correct and you have an active phone number for receiving calls from the courier delivery executive
- Couriers usually don’t deliver on Bank Holidays or Sunday, So you should receive it on next working day
