1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Wrong item received: The product delivered is completely different from what was ordered.
- Damaged in transit: Item is broken or severely damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
- Major listing error: The item differs substantially from its description (e.g., incorrect part, major missing components).

- Midfake/Repro items
- Loose parts and accessories
⚠️ Please note: Replacements are subject to availability. If we cannot offer a replacement, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Minor cosmetic flaws or wear clearly mentioned or shown in listing photos
- Dislike of item’s performance, compatibility, or weight
- Item returned without prior approval
- Item damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling
3. Timeframe to Report Issues
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please contact us with clear photos, videos, and unboxing proof (if applicable) to help us assess the problem.
4. Return & Refund Process
- Contact us with your order number and issue details.
- If approved, we will confirm the return or refund method.
- If a return is required:
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- Return shipping may be covered by the customer unless the fault was on our end.
- If a replacement is available, we will ship it at no extra cost.
- If not, a partial or full refund will be offered based on the situation.
5. Refund Timelines
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
