Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
A1. Yes, we do!
Q2. How do I trust you? What if you take my money and never ship the product?
A2. We understand your concerns. And it’s perfectly normal to think so and you should, especially since there are many fraudsters. For this reason, we have added safe payment methods such as PayPal and Cash on Delivery. But as you will see, we have a growing number of satisfied customers who have received their product as described. Once we win your trust. You can choose to go for a low/no fees payment method such as UPI
Q3. When will new stocks be added?
A3. For the initial phase of the website. It might not be fixed. We are still trying to find a supplier who can provide us with stocks at good rates. Especially for the used product it depends on whenever we are able to find a good lot that we can acquire for reselling. We source them from various sources around the world. It can be a C2C Marketplace, B2B company, or individual. Have a bunch of old Beyblade or any Japanese hobby products laying around? Let us know! We will tell you if we are interested in buying it for selling here.
Q4. Are products original?
A4. Yes, we try our best to only list what is considered original. We will eventually make a dedicated post going through our entire procedure. We have listed some key factors we keep in mind while inspecting each Beyblade.
- Quality and Material: We compare them with an original piece we bought during the MFB era. Aside from making sure the materials used appear and feel the same if not very similar to the original piece. We also check the molding marks and quality. Please do remember, at the end of the day, they are toys, meant for children. They might have some inconsistencies. Although, we understand such errors could also be indicators of midfake. To combat this situation, we try to make sure the margin of error the beyblades have doesn’t exceed that of what is normal for the original, Takara Tomy Beyblade. Do remember, our knowledge and understanding of the midfake are limited. Combined with the fact information about them on the internet is limited and very mixed in nature. So we try to make sure to provide good pictures along with any unusual thing we spot in our inspection
- Mold Number and Other Brand Marking: We inspect each part to confirm if they got a mold number/code or any other text or marking usually found on an original piece. Do remember, in some cases, even original beyblades don’t have code/mold numbers on some of their parts. This is why we make sure on top of clearly specify the mold number by each part in a short description. We also make sure to compare quality, material, and color along with the mold number. Either way, you can always confirm yourself or feel free to ask us any questions or pictures from any angles
Q5. Are there any exceptions? I really like the dual launcher grip. Can you sell it?
A5. In some rare cases. Although be sure they are clearly marked in the title, picture, and description to ensure buyers never accidentally confuse them. We might sell certain fake products that offer really unique features or collectible value. Such as Dual Launcher grip for Burst, All Metal Face Bolts, and Certain TT Hongi Beys which are highly valued. Although do note we do not support fakes. Not just they can be unsafe due to unregulated material (i.e. lead) and QC (sharp edges. We have suffered injuries ourselves) issues. But also this lowers sales of the official company. Hence discouraging them from continuing to manufacture or import them. As we saw with Funskool from our own country
Q6. Do you sell midfakes?
A6. As mentioned in A4. It’s very hard to conclusively determine if a Beyblade is a midfake or not due to the mixed and limited information about them. This is why we make sure to include all possible indicators along with giving our buyers an option to ask for more pictures/information before making their decision.
Q7. Why is it so expensive?
A7. We have to pay various expenses such as shipping costs (domestic too, if the seller doesn’t ship outside Japan), customs duties (can vary from 40-80% of the product’s cost), and VAT (for some Japanese websites/companies). On top of this, there is also GST (mentioned in the invoice). Also remember, original products tend to cost more than fake due to their superior quality, all the R&D that goes behind creating them as well as many of the expenses that manufacturers have to pay that we mentioned above (and more!). As a friend of ours mentioned “Quality isn’t expensive. It’s priceless”
Q8. I received an additional item in the box. What should I do?
A8. They are freebies! (unless we accidentally shipped something extra. In which case. Still think of it as a gift :p)
