1. 📍 Where We Ship
We currently ship India-wide via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post (based on your location and PIN code serviceability).
2. 🚚 Dispatch Timelines
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 1 PM IST may be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. 📦 Delivery Timelines
- Average delivery time: 2–4 business days (depending on your location).
- Remote or out-of-service areas may take up to 7 business days.
- Tracking information is provided once your order is shipped.
4. 🕒 Delays
While we aim for quick delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the courier, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues wherever possible.
5. 📦 Packaging
All items are securely packed with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Fragile or loose parts are protected using bubble wrap, cardboard, or cushioning materials.
6. 📬 Missed Deliveries & Returns
If the courier attempts delivery but fails due to:
- an incorrect address,
- unavailability of recipient,
- or refusal to accept the package,
the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer may need to pay for re-shipping or handling fees.
7. 📮 Lost or Untraceable Parcels
In rare cases where a parcel is lost in transit or goes untraceable:
- We will raise a complaint with the courier on your behalf.
- If the issue is unresolved within a reasonable period, we will provide a replacement or refund.
